Youth Athlete Training is a weekly session designed to help young athletes improve their speed and flexibility while learning how to look after their bodies. Our aim is to build a supportive programme for the local youth sports community, giving athletes the skills to stay healthy, fast, and confident in their chosen sport.
Our sessions are designed to help young athletes take care of their bodies while playing demanding sports. Through speed training and guided stretching, participants will learn how to move faster, more efficiently, and with better control in their chosen sport.
We focus on injury prevention and teaching an approach to training that builds healthy, long-term athletic habits. Our goal is to educate young athletes in a way that will serve them throughout their entire sporting career, helping them be fast, flexible, and confident in there chosen sports.
