My background lies in endurance sports, first as an elite cyclist, then a duathlete and triathlete at the World Age Group level.
I began competitive cycling in time trials at the age of 13, then moved to international road racing in my late teens. In my mid-20s, I did my first sprint triathlon, which set me on a path toward a national title and multiple times of age group Great Britain representation at European and World Championships. I also completed three Ironmans.
At the end of my competitive athletic career, I developed into a coaching role in 2006, and I have continued to study and develop my coaching ever since.
Using my extensive background and continuous learning, I help clients develop strategies that are manageable to achieve their desired outcomes. My work is my passion, and to work with someone and offer my professional skills and knowledge is a pleasure for which I am grateful.
